As a HIMS Administrator at Amana Healthcare, I maintain, audit, and archive residents' medical records, ensuring their accuracy, security, and compliance. I have been working in this role since August 2022.Prior to joining Amana Healthcare, I was a CRA Team Leader at Global Business Service Solution which is service provider for Etihad Airways, where I led a team of revenue accountants & GSA-Comission Auditors for over five years. I was responsible for managing the team's performance, attendance, and reporting department monthly & yearly findings, preparing department SOP & WIM, as well as dealing with external and internal clients. I also participated in various trainings, such as six sigma, coaching for performance, and service excellence, to enhance my leadership and communication skills.
