• Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.• Support the social insurance process by issuing Form 1 and 6 and prepare the annual update.• Support HR operations with onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle activities.• Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, screening candidates, assisting in shortlisting, and issuing employment offers.• Support the complete cycle of medical insurance in terms of addition and deletion of the employees and their families as well as resolving issues for the current employees.• Assist with the preparation of the performance review process.• Prepare monthly reports such as (Salaries, bank account numbers, new hires and leavers...etc.) and report it externally to the central office.• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda.• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
