Conducted polymerase chain reaction (PCR), reverse transcription (RT)-PCR and real-time PCR utilizing Applied Biosystem 7500.2. Designed PCR primer using online softshare and tested their optimum PCR conditions. 3. Performed DNA extraction from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) samples utilizing column-based method 4.
