- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents andcommunicating relevant information- Ensure the adequacy of sales related equipment or material- Respond to complaints from customers and give after sales support whenrequested- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events-Handling online platforms

-Improving realtors’ operations efficiency of the company.-Guaranteeing adequate flow of realtors operations.-Identifying, upgrading and refining operations.-Coaching realtors on usage of documents.-Handling preparation of floor time schedule.-Liaison between different departments of interest to the branch.-General Administration of the branch.-Create flow support channels between the branch, parent office and other outlets.-Monitoring the realtors as assigned.-Providing assistance and support for stake managers.-Coordinate receiving reports and their submission to the operations and branch managers.
