Reporting directly to the Group Head Compliance & Quality Assurance (CQA), I have maintained an integral and innovative role both in MER and in the overall CQA group on tactical and strategic levels. Undertaking sole responsibility for all qualitative assessments and analysis on research studies, I have served as the key liaison between various stakeholders (including the Pakistan Government and key PPAF Donors such as the World Bank). My main area of focus has been measuring progress against PPAF’s results based framework coupled with tracking outcomes achieved at the field level. In my role to initiate, improve and enable, I have also developed most of the written literature for internal and external use of MER, and undertaken the planning and execution of major events within and outside PPAF. With the spirit of cohesive strength, I have always believed in collaboration and have led cross unit and cross company interaction and exchange.

Work was primarily communication-centric. Reporting directly to the Joint Secretary (JS), my role at the ministry entailed developing progress updates (newsletters & quarterly reports of Federal & Provincial SPRSM units), tracking & analyzing Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (PRSP) budgetary data, organizing the PRSP annual report dissemination workshops, updating the PRSP website & lead supervision of the internship program.

Responsible for data collection and analysis of the MDG (Millennium Development goals) costing model developed for the Ministry of Finance. Assisted the macro-modeling team with in-depth research and data analysis of federal and provincial data.
