Primary tasks: - Recruiting and hiring models- Management of the worlds biggest model competition locally - Content creation for SOME (FB, IG) - Creating visual material in Indesign - Online marketing: SEO on homepage, Adwords/FB ads for acquiring contestants- Strategy development and competitor analysis for strengthening the market position of the competition- Event planning and execution- Data collection and processing used for acquiring sponsors for the events and competition- GDPR responsible locally in DenmarkResults: - Development and implementation of a new online strategy which has strengthened an otherwise stagnant competition - Efficiency improvement of online marketing activities resulting in increased Clicks, CPC and CTR. - Increase in the number of contestants by more than 200%- Improved placement on Google for the official webpage - Structuring workflows by incorporating standardised processes. This resulted in a significant efficiency improvement in the administrative capacity.

Tasks: Check-in, boarding, rebooking passengers, passenger assistance, courses within Altea and Amadeus.
