My research investigates the identification of IGF2BP1-LOXB transgenic mice through genotyping, focusing on tracking and understanding specific genetic modifications. By identifying these transgenic markers, this work aims to provide insights into gene function and regulation, which could have broader implications for genetic research and potential therapeutic advancements.

As a Junior Laboratory Assistant, I intern in a dynamic and fast-paced laboratory setting where I gain hands-on experience in various aspects of laboratory operations. My responsibilities include:- Stocking and managing biological supplies, ensuring adequate inventory and organization- Collecting and processing patient samples, carefully labeling and preparing them for testing- Preparing specimens for laboratory tests, following strict protocols and guidelines- Recording and reporting test results, maintaining accurate and detailed records- Cleaning and sterilizing laboratory equipment, adhering to strict safety and sanitation protocols- Assisting laboratory technicians and scientists with various tasks and projects, contributing to the overall efficiency of the laboratoryThrough this experience, I have developed strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
