Led private English tutoring sessions for students in grades 6-12 and assisted in the development of program plans for students in grades 6-8, following the policies and procedures of Oxford Learning Centres Inc. Periodically assessed individual learning needs and weaknesses to ensure efficient tutoring sessions and maintained a consistent line of communication with each student's assigned education co-ordinator to endure students' needs were being met. Prioritized building rapport with students to cultivate a positive, safe, and creativity inducing working environment. Consistently adapted and incorporated different teaching styles to maximize the learning potential of each student.

Provided aid to female-identifying youth who are, or have been, trafficked and/or commercially sexually exploited to exit exploitive spaces. Built mutually respectful and trusting relationships with clients using a trauma-informed, client-centred approach, to support each individual's healing process and eventual reintegration into the community. Advocated on the youth's behalf to connect them with community partners who could further support them by offering services such as financial literacy support, specialized educational workshops and courses, therapy, and legal advice, among others. Oversaw the operations of the residential facility which included continuously monitoring clients' safety as well as the security of the residence, enforcing house rules and policies, and responding to crisis situations.

Coordinated the general operations within the office and music school to maintain a positive, productive operational atmosphere.
