Follow up, prepare all belonging to insurance offices like insurance forms 1,2,6. Manage & archive and update the employee’s files. Supporting new employee orientation programs, Issuing fingerprint for new hires. Scheduling for the in-house recruiting team to keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes. Maintain secure and accurate records of staff-related data such as timesheets, and leaves in the database to ensure all employment requirements were met. Prepares a variety of reports and related documents (e.g. Verification requests of employment, folders, paperwork, etc..) For the purpose of providing documentation and information to others, Writing and editing HR letters, forms and business letters needed.
