• Prepare technical & commercial proposals.• Prepare inquiry for materials and equipment to vendors and suppliers.• Prepare the dry cost and scope of the project for the procurement department. • Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.• Preparing quantity survey for items to prepare the bill of quantity for the project.• Cost breakdown for BOQ items regarding direct & indirect costs.

• Prepare electrical shop drawings.• Prepare material submittals.• Follow up approved shop drawings, and material submittal. • Coordination between MEP shop drawings using Revit.• Coordinating with consultant and suppliers any queries for technical specifications of materials and equipment.• Studying and preparing requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during construction.• Participating in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems.
