I developed project strategies related to labor market access, support and assistance for migrant families, and the design of public spaces through participatory processes with the communities involved. I led the construction of access routes for identification, education, health, and income generation, targeting the migrant population and returning Colombians in the city. I identified and strengthened alliances with different sectors to achieve synergies and joint operations, ensuring that the migrant population is aware of and has access to services and opportunities in the city. Additionally, I strengthened strategic plans, action routes, and monitoring and evaluation systems for the project's components.

Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia

I led programs for economic revitalization, education, health, environment, and territorial development with partners in the city of Barranquilla. I represented the foundation in various forums with industry groups, public and private entities, academic institutions, and international cooperation organizations. I developed the well-being strategy within the framework of the COVID-19 pandemic and coordinated its implementation with operators, partners, and beneficiaries. I led the implementation of the “Planos Vivos – FMSD” project in the Social Interest Housing Macroprojects, achieving a living information system that comprehensively captures the social characteristics of the community as a basis for territorial intervention. Additionally, I coordinated the execution of a technical cooperation project with the Inter-American Development Bank and QUIPU, successfully implementing the first community-based digital market that facilitates and increases the exchange of goods and services in a low-income community in Barranquilla.

I developed the foundation's social development strategy, aligning it with the organization's internal and external mechanisms. I led the negotiation and dissemination processes among various stakeholders with the communities involved. I strengthened communication channels and relationships with key decision-makers in regulations and policies within the framework of the Integral Development Model for Sustainable Communities, including national and local government institutions, academia, the business sector, and the community. I successfully aligned methodologies, implementation processes, and evaluation systems for the communities involved in the Social Interest Housing Macroprojects and in Isla de Barú. Additionally, I led the securing and implementation of an agreement with the National Ministry of Housing, valued at approximately $8 billion pesos, aimed at strengthening the beneficiaries of the Free Housing Program in the Social Interest Housing Macroprojects Villas de San Pablo, Ciudad Bicentenario, and the Villas de Aranjuez housing project.

Barranquilla

I represented the foundation and led relationships with the local government, partners, and other stakeholders involved in the construction of the Villas de San Pablo Macroproject, a social housing project with a community of over 8,000 people. I directed the implementation of the Integral Development Model for Sustainable Communities (DINCS), a nationally recognized model for building comprehensive and sustainable communities within the framework of the country's housing programs. I secured over 40 direct partners within the same territory, strengthening a common purpose in the construction and development of a Social Interest Housing Macroproject. I achieved the financial closure and sustainability of more than 12 social infrastructure projects, including educational, cultural, technological, health, sports and recreation, and community participation institutions. Additionally, I led the implementation of the Employability Program, which has successfully provided tailored training and job placement for over 900 people in the business sector.

I led the strategic planning of the foundation, defining its focus areas and lines of work in education, entrepreneurship, well-being, and community development. I managed cooperation and resource leveraging for the foundation's programs, successfully mobilizing 2.2 pesos for every peso contributed by the organization. I consolidated cooperative relationships, resource management, and strategic alliances with stakeholders at both national and international levels. I supervised the foundation's annual budget, controlling budget execution and ensuring operational resources. Additionally, I designed and implemented a methodology to strengthen cultural centers and popular libraries in vulnerable communities.

I led the junior team in managing two projects: a multinational project for Warner Brothers' Time Warner based in Los Angeles and a national project for the American Dental Association based in Chicago. I created customized processes with high-quality standards for the implementation of personalized software for the human resources, operations, finance, and corporate services areas. Additionally, I redesigned methods used by organizations to optimize the operation of sales, marketing, and customer service processes. I functionally managed SAP and Siebel programs and served as Editor of the "Capgemini US-Central CRM Newsletter" magazine.
