• Body in White (BIW) problem solver for the Bentley Flying Spur and Bentley Bentayga EWB;• Identify root cause and solutions of Body in White complex problems together with other cross-functional teams such as production, quality, engineering and zone leads;• Interpret and analyse functional measurement body catalogues, body scans, part drawings and assembly instructions (PDM) and, track and validate trial improved bodies with new single parts along assembly;• Responsible for weekly meetings with body suppliers to ensure the body is delivered to specifications including periodic visits the supplier to discuss status in relation to the issues detected in the final assembly line;• Development of status presentation to senior management/board member;• Lead improvements in working processes, namely on tools and tracking techniques for issue management and tracking of team KPIs.
