I am a human resources professional and former executive assistant with a passion for supporting people in their careers. I hold close to four years of professional experience working at Aritzia in executive support and STEMCELL Technologies in human resources. With a foundation in executive support, I have worked closely with senior and C-suite leaders in a high-performance culture where I learned how to anticipate their needs and priorities. I have applied the skills I gained in this role to seamlessly transition into my current role in human resources at STEMCELL Technologies, Canada’s largest biotech company. In my current role as a Talent Management and Organizational Development Coordinator in the Human Resources department, I provide project management and administrative support to our Talent Management and Organizational Development team to help foster employee growth within the organization. I graduated from the University of British Columbia (UBC) Sauder Master of Management program with an undergrad in Sociology and am currently completing the Associate Certificate in Human Resources at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).
