Responsible for providing finance and accounting support for all Marketing Departments and other areas as required. • Responsible for Quarterly Forecasts. Support the coordination of information from all Marketing Departments. Consolidate the projections and prepare the variance analysis.• Prepare and develop the Marketing Direct Costs and Overhead Annual Budgets for 10 Departments.• Owner of monthly Marketing Flash Reports. Prepare variance analysis of current pace versus budget, forecast and prior year. • Perform monthly close procedures including journal entries, accruals, intercompany charges, billings and reconciliations. • Work with Ad Sales team on reporting Integration Revenue.• Serve as a key member in implementing the new accounts payable workflow system and the new Expense Authorization workflow approval system across the division.• Liaise with Marketing Partners with regards to all finance related matters. • Participate in SOX testing and providing support to Internal/External Auditors.• Ad hoc and special projects as necessary
