- Oversees and Reviews Contractors’ detailed designs, shop drawings and technical submittals.- Manages and Monitors implementation of the Construction Documents on Site.- Manages team of discipline Inspectors on Site.- Supports the PM /Senior PM on all technical issues and liaises with the Design Office, Contractor, Cost Consultant and Client counterpart to ensure that the construction is carried out in accordance with plans and specifications.Handling the Site Operation Activities and Supervision of the following projects:•VillaNova, Dubai-land ($200 million) – Dubai PropertiesA mega residential project composed of 6000 Residential units (Single Villa units, Townhouses, Cluster Homes, and Low to Mid Condo Apartments), supported by Pools, Children play Grounds, Sports Facilities, Community Retails and Public Areas.•Harbour Views, Dubai Creek Harbour ($230 million) – EMAAR Properties:A Twin Tower (High-Rise buildings), each of the 46 floors Residential Tower, including 1,2,3,4 Bedroom Apartments, 2-storey Townhouses, sits on top of a 5-level Podium which contains a Retail Outlets with Outdoor Dining Areas encourages a shopping and café culture destination.•Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club ($190 million) – Al Habtoor Properties:A St-Regis Hotel with 124 keys, 145 luxury Bungalows and Residential Villas, Pools, 3 Polo Fields, a Polo Academy, and a Riding School, with 500 Stables and Staff Accommodations.

Working at the Site Technical Office of “Opera House Downtown Dubai, UAE”: A 190 million $ of a world class multi-­form 2,000 seats Opera House, associated facilities including Banquet facilities and kitchens, Premium star grade ‘roof’ restaurant and dedicated kitchen with its facilities, 4­‐storey parking structure, plaza area, re‐development of the ‘Park Island’ adjacent to the Dubai Fountains, external works and external landscaping, for a total built up area of 64,550m2, in which I assign the following responsibilities:▪ Coordination and interrelation with subcontractors/ suppliers.▪ Liaising with subcontractors and monitoring their work progress.▪ Reviewing material submittals, shop drawings, RFIs of subcontractors/ suppliers.▪ Managing the subcontracts technically for major specialized systems.

Responsible for contract architectural design and detailed working drawings of high quality projects (mixed use buildings, housing complex, community housing, educational facilities, religious facilities and individual villas projects in UAE) in which I was involved in the following:• Preparing and presenting feasibility design proposals to the client.• Lead design team to produce quality construction and tender documentation.• Preparing list of deliverables and schedule of submission dates to the client and construction team.• Developing design basic drawings into construction working drawings concerning all trades such as plans, sections, elevations, false ceiling, wet area details, furniture layouts, etc.• Preparing full package architectural drawings for municipality and civil defence.• Coordination of architectural drawings with electro-­‐mechanical and structural disciplines, as well as with Site works.• Developing design basic drawings into working drawings concerning all trades such as plans, sections, elevations, false ceiling, wet area details, landscaping, furniture layouts, door & window schedules, etc.

A 400 million $ mega project with an area of 230.000 m2 (13 Parcels / 45 Buildings) and consists of: Administration, School of Humanities and Social Science, School of Science and Engineering, School of Business, Economics and Communication, Library, Core Academic Centre, Campus Centre, Student Housing, Sports Facilities, Physical Plant, AUC Park & Square, Theatre, Information Centre, Bookstore, Research Centre, Utility Building and Landscaping outer Campus.Working as a member of the School of Since & Engineering team in which I was assigned the following responsibilities:• Preparation of in-house architectural shop drawings for block work & false ceiling.• Reviewing subcontractors’ shop drawings for GRC works to ensure the technical contractual data is fulfilled.• Preparing cutting list for stone works.

A three level Main Building with Mezzanines, of 164.000m2 (450 million$) resembled in Arrivals/Departures Halls, Basement facilities, Baggage Handling, Workshops, Electro-Mechanical area, and Retail outlets, in addition to 23 units of Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB), Gates facilities serving Domestic & International traffic and its capacity 11 million passenger/year.• Developing contract drawings as a preparation stage to produce general arrangement plans for the whole project design.• Preparing in-house architectural shop drawings for external envelope (building façades) including plans, sections, elevations and details.• preparing tender roof package showing roofing systems, sandwich panel details and installation details.• Preparing full architectural design package and shop drawings for apron control tower including details, plans, sections, elevations, false ceiling and tiling layout.• Coordination of architectural shop drawings with subcontractors, structural and electro-mechanical shop drawings and requirements for all items above.• Preparation of RFI (Request for Information) for the missing, contradiction data from consultant.• Preparing Doors & Windows Schedule.• Reviewing contract items in tender documents, bill of quantities & specification.• Preparing claim documents for new CVN (Construction Variation Notice).

A 500 million$ mega project with an area of 119.800m2 and consists of Five stars Hotel (Intercontinental), Four stars Hotels (Holiday Inn & Meridian), Commercial Centre, Health Club and Ten Residential Buildings.Working as a member of the Hotel engineering department team in which I was assigned the following responsibilities:• Preparing false ceiling and tiling layout shop drawings.• Developing finishing schedule of all hotel levels.• Coordination of architectural shop drawings with subcontractors, structural and electro-mechanical shop drawings and requirements for all items above.• Follow up required reports with consultant (DFC, RFI, CVN, and Letters).• Preparing As-Built drawings for marble layout.• Preparing As-Built drawings for elevations of commercial centre zone.
