Maria graduated as a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2009. She obtained the warrant to practise as an advocate before the Maltese Courts in 2010, and is a member of the Malta Chamber of Advocates and of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners Malta. She trained and worked in a local corporate services firm for two years, before joining DF Group as an associate.Her principal areas of practice comprise corporate law, general commercial law, gaming, fiduciary services and trusts.
