As a Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust, I provide evidence-based interventions and assessments to adults with common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. I hold a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Coventry University, where I conducted original research on the impact of mindfulness on stress and wellbeing. I also have a Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership and a Level 7 Award in Professional Consulting from the Chartered Management Institute, which demonstrate my ability to lead, manage, and consult effectively in various settings.
