I lead the AMO/PMO team with seven people under my supervision. Responsibilities for both roles were defined to enable the team to provide cross-functional support to the company, ensuring a uniform and quality service. I took on the project to migrate Jira from on-premise to the Cloud in its final stage.I assumed governance of Jira at the company level, modifying configurations and permissions, and adding plugins that added value to the objectives. I conducted a company-wide talk on agility and provided Jira training to selected collaborators.We participated in the company's largest project during this period, contributing agility and support in the Jira tool for tracking various key components. In the same project, we were requested to assist in incident management and coordinate with different factory leaders, the business area, and the provider for issue resolution. During deployment, we participated in the command center, monitoring any reported incidents.Various Jira dashboards and plans were created for reporting, information alerts, and activity tracking. Integrated with Power BI to create a board with a report on incidents received from the help desk.I shaped the team to become advisors and consultants for the efficiency improvement of various teams, providing visibility into work performed, team and management priorities, and addressing any impediments that arose.Post-development, the project defining how all initiatives would be managed in Jira company-wide was taken on. Several changes were made to align it more with the reality of the company and the objectives to be implemented in the future. Methodology concepts with SAFe, Nexus, and Less were implemented, with the goal of eliminating waste and bureaucracy with Lean principles in mind.

As a Scrum Master for Cencosud Scotiabank.During this period, I directed attention to two key teams:Development Team:- Implemented the Scrum methodology in a distributed team, significantly optimizing the efficiency of daily meetings, which previously exceeded 30 minutes due to the participation of multiple members with different focuses.- Transformed the review, which used to consist of a conversation about individual developers' activities, into a more structured and stakeholder-oriented presentation.- Coordinated prioritization sessions with various Product Owners, as the team did not have a designated PO.- Prepared sprint closure reports to analyze performance and propose improvements.BAU Support Team:- Introduced the Scrumban methodology to a distributed team, proposing significant changes in the way work was conducted, such as:- Implemented daily meetings with the team, as they were not conducted previously, to address set objectives.- Improved response times and attention to queries left by developers, providing necessary basic information to address outstanding issues.- Defined criteria for the minimum information required to be included in the reported issues.In both instances, my focus was on improving efficiency, communication, and the quality of work, achieving positive results in team productivity and satisfaction.

- The main challenge I faced when taking on this role was the transition from a traditional work approach. My main focus was helping the team see the inherent value in the framework and its events. Ultimately, with the implementation of specific strategies, I was able to elevate the maturity level of the development team.- I provided essential support to the two existing Product Owners, actively participating in defining user stories and creating the corresponding flow in the product backlog. Using YouTrack as the work tracking tool.- Additionally, I took the initiative to propose the cancellation of a sprint due to unexpected changes in the conditions necessary to generate value by the end of it.- I developed workshops focused on the fundamental principles of the framework and its specific application within the business context.- We utilize customer support feedback from clients that wasn't being used as a tool for product discovery for the continuous improvement of the product.

I served as the leader of five change control projects and two internal projects simultaneously. Additionally, during my time at the company, I took on the responsibility of leading a new agile project from its conception to implementation, actively participating in all stages of analysis, design, and development. Heading the requirements gathering process, I collaborated closely with the designer to create mockups and deliver presentations to the client. I extensively crafted the design document, detailing integrations with the client's e-commerce services, the logical design of the database, and the definition of business logic, in collaboration with the development team.In the context of all these projects, I directed resource management and allocation, conducted planning in conjunction with the project manager, and provided continuous support to engineers during each project's development. I coordinated migration processes to QA and Production environments, ensuring a smooth and successful transition. This multifaceted experience demonstrates my ability to lead projects comprehensively and efficiently, from conception to successful implementation and delivery.

I led the ongoing development of an offline hybrid application for CORFO, created in Ionic v1 for tablets and iPads, as well as Electron 1.6 for Windows PCs. My role involved expanding the system's functionalities, specifically creating modules to generate field executive visit reports. I modified synchronization methods to enable the sending of these reports in PDF format to the email addresses provided by users.I integrated with DocuWare services to allow the application to receive attachments captured by the camera. Implemented a configuration module that allowed users to select the quality percentage for sending attachments. Additionally, I handled the mapping of data sent in XML format to receive and store information related to project budgets and expenses. I developed alerts to notify the user of the creation of duplicate expenses or if the amounts approved by executives exceeded budget limits.In another project, I collaborated with the development team for Pfizer's e-commerce change control. I developed the purchase order creation module and added business logic for the bulk loading of product prices based on list types and validation dates. For Pharma Investi, I adapted the purchase order processing system, originally developed with Laravel and Node. I incorporated user-requested validations, modified the output file consumed by the client's ERP, and added business logic for bulk upload files. All releases to the project's QA server were done in a dockerized environment to ensure efficient and consistent implementation.

I was an integral part of the development team for a Veterinary Laboratory system, playing a key role in various areas of the project. My focus was on understanding the client's needs, and actively contributing to requirements gathering. In designing the logical modeling of the system, utilizing a variety of diagrams ranging from conceptualization to implementation, with special emphasis on Database Design.Additionally, I took a prominent role in the Front-End development of the system, applying knowledge in AngularJs and Database. This experience not only expanded my competence in designing technological solutions but also allowed me to contribute significantly to the overall success of the project.

In the curricular units of Database I and II, my teaching included crucial topics such as the development of E-R Diagrams, Relational Diagrams, and the handling of SQL code, covering key aspects like DDL, DML, and DQL, with a particular focus on complex queries.* Web Programming Instructor:I delivered a variety of essential content, ranging from basic HTML tags to advanced concepts such as semantic web with HTML5, and CSS3, introduction to JavaScript, form validation with JavaScript using regular expressions, and interaction with servers through PHP. I placed special emphasis on object-oriented programming in PHP.* Technical Advisor for Web Systems Projects:In my additional role as a Technical Advisor for Web Systems Projects, I supervised up to five development teams simultaneously.
