In my current stint at the Corporate Affairs department, I am tagged with the Policy & Strategy team. In this team, I am learning the ropes of policy advocacy and legal aspects of new business development. I have also assisted the team on preparing recommendations for the Budget of FY24-25 based on the draft budget. Aside from that, I have assisted the team on several new business development projects.

In my second stint at the customer experience department, I have led several projects aiming to improve overall customer satisfaction (CSAT). I have personally driven a project to improve the performance of Daraz’s Help Center (FAQs) section. As a result of my meticulous planning and steps, as well as proper guidance from my colleagues, I was able to meet the CSAT target score for 5 months straight, which was the entirety of my involvement in this project. I have created SOPSync, a one-stop portal for all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to customer care. Thanks to SOPSync, all communications among the customer care agents and customer care management were streamlined, effectively reducing service time and impacting CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores. I have also successfully localized all communication materials for MyBiz, a new business venture by Daraz. Apart from these projects, I have also identified key areas of concern through customer opinion analysis, based on which multiple projects were launched by relevant stakeholders.

In my first stint at commercial, I worked in the fashion vertical and learned how the vertical operates from a sales POV. I also did competitor analysis, market research for new product lines, data analysis, presentation making, search keyword mapping, and search engine optimization for fashion keywords.

- Created digital marketing plans and projections for marketing budget and pitched them- Planned and optimized social media marketing campaigns for over 10 product lines and allocated budget based on projections- Tracked & analyzed digital marketing data to optimize cost, increase sales, and update relevant stakeholders- Acted as a liaison between the product team and the customer service department, managing a total of 45 people- Worked on building a holistic wholesaler and retailer platform by performing market visits and producing digital product catalogs

As a trainee consultant, I was tagged with a senior consultant with whom I have collaborated to develop strategies for new content in LightCastle's Insights. I also did research, primary and secondary data collection, data processing and analysis, and content development. During my time at LightCastle, I was able to publish 4 complete articles in LightCastle's Insights column related to various industries such as agro-processing, microfinance, 4IR, etc.
