I had operational and strategic responsibility for specific clients, our pricing models, market surveillance, quality assurance, as well as onsite training. My role involved engagement in both urgent situations and proactive maintenance. Certain weeks were dedicated to exclusive collaboration with the CEO, while others were spent working alongside the support team or our developers. During periods of independent work, I chose to immerse myself in our services. I engaged with different types of customers to create customer behavior analyses. A typical workweek included, among other things, - monitoring and preventing customer churn, - continuous assessment of offerings from industry peers, - clarifying, reassessing, and tracking KPIs, - identifying, comprehending, and explaining various error codes, - find and participate in various events where I established new collaborations, - preventing, detecting, and informing about fraudulent activities, - helping misunderstood/unsatisfied customers, - reviewing and updating contracts, - supporting colleagues to ensure quality in our customer interaction, - monitoring and analyzing currency exchange rates, - price adjustments to all countries and for specific clients, - identifying improvements in the work environment and implementing suitable solutions - proofreading Swedish and English texts on the website - compiling, clarifying, and illustrating internal FAQs

Stockholm County Council needed 6 different posters/ booklets to be printed and distributed to all departments at every care centres and hospitals (around 2 000 addresses) within 3 weeks. Every dep. wanted different amounts of the posters and booklets.I didn’t have any contact with their designer so I had to learn a lot about the printing process. I had responsibility over the client, budget, the printing and distribution process.
