At Weissman, she works with domestic and international owners, investors, builders and developers on complex Southeastern US commercial real estate projects, having completed over $1B in successful real estate transactions throughout her career. Maria enjoys connecting and engaging her extensive real estate industry and civic networks, providing institutional knowledge and insight specifically on homebuilding, master planned development, mixed-use, and land acquisition and development, and speaking at industry and community events.
