During my time with the Behavioral Science Team at Clover I designed, executed and analyzed over 93 behavioral interventions. Our team enabled evidence based decision making by cross validating qualitative and quantitative research collected. We used a wide range of research methods: usability studies, in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, large and small-scale surveys, focus groups, and A/B tests. We Increased profitability by bending the risk curve, including 10%+ flu shots, -20% churn, +50% pharmacy by mail, +10% regular PCP visits.
