Operational project manager and procurement manager for various R&D Projects of the Micro- and Nanotechnology Laboratory (MNTLab@Duth, http://mntlab.ee.duth.gr/):- “Innovative High Energy Density Li-ion batteries operating at low temperature” : an Innovation Triangle Activity for raising the TRL level of the HELT - BAT innovative product, European Space Agency (2018-2020). - “Future Lithium-ion technology: Development of advanced materials & Lithium-ion cells of space batteries”, European Space Agency (2016-2019): A joint project with AIRBUS (FR), CIDETEC (ES) and CERTH (GR), managed by DUTH (GR) and focusing on the development of advanced materials and lithium ions cells for future explorations - “High Specific Energy Lithium Cells for Space Exploration”, European Space Agency (2014-2015): A project with very promising results that concluded to a recent patent submission with ESA, CERTH and DUTH- “Safe High Energy Lithium-ion Cells for Electric Vehicles”, European Regional Development Fund and National Funds/German–Greek Bilateral R&D Cooperation Initiative (2013-2015): 1st prize winner by GSRT for the GR-DE Bilateral R&D Cooperation Initiative, due to the excellent results - “Development of networks and clusters, exploitation and dissemination of experimental results related to special applications of high specific energy lithium cells”, Internal funding (2014 – ongoing): exploring fund opportunities, consortium building, proposal writing, laboratory brand design, lab site creation.

The Environmental Engineering Department in Xanthi (GR) was established in 1995. Τhe Project, "Development of Curriculum and Educational Material for the Env. Eng. Department", financed by National and Structural Funds was the initiative for creating new educational material, purchasing various laboratory equipment and formulating the relative policy statements with regards to the professional rights of the Environmental Engineers.
