VERB Interactive is a digital marketing agency, specializing in B2C solutions for the travel and hospitality industry. As a metrics-focused agency, VERB drives high volumes of targeted traffic to client websites and converts that traffic into sales.Owned product lifecycle of major web builds, working closely with the client, and collaborating with the design and development teams. Was client advocate and assumed role of product manager who has an intimate understanding of the entire solution end-to-end.Developed product roadmap via user stories and acceptance criteria, requirements gathering, and ultimately development of Jira backlog epics/tickets.Motivated and guided development team through project execution by planning sprints and stand-ups, quality assurance testing, and balancing technical viability against business needs.Ensured maximum business value of the end product throughout production.Oversaw team of 8 rebuild developers, 1 UX designer, 4 UI designers, 1 QA, and 9 maintenance team members (4 developers, 2 DevOps, 3 analytics), and collaborated with 3 accounts, 2 email marketing, and 2 content team members.
