Leasing agent and property manager using Site Link software to track, manange and lease out approx. 160 storage units & 70 small business to include 1 restaurants, 6 barber & beauty shops, 1 carry out, photo shops, etc. Handled all aspcts of property management including negotiiating contracts, budgets, collections and evictions.
