Marian Boswall is a leading landscape architect with a reputation for creating beautiful landscapes, with regeneration and connectivity at their core. A Fellow of the Landscape Institute with over twenty years experience, her studio focusses on designing regenerative sites. Combining a mixture of agri-wilding and conservation with creating beautiful and practical places for people to enjoy. Her clients are a mixture of large trusts and estates open to the public, to private landowners and smaller garden owners who share her ethos.Respect for the ecology, the history and the future inform her thinking and the studio's designs. She began specialising in historic landscapes and horticulture and was a lecturer in Historic Garden Conservation at Greenwich University. The studio’s focus is on larger scale regenerative projects and Marian regularly appears in the UK garden press and public events to promote regenerative and kind design. She also runs workshops for other designers who want to share her knowledge and approach. Her first book Sustainable Garden was short listed for garden book of the year.
