Currentfrom 2020 December until the beggining of 2022 i have been developing the Red Hat Alliance within Lenovo. From 2022 until today i have moved to growing the SUSE Alliance within Lenovo.The Alliance Business Development position i hold covers the following attributes:Sales Pipeline growth - working with Direct Sales and channel across EMEA to make sure the Linux values from SUSE/Red Hat are growing per our fiscal strategy plans.Channel development- working with internal PAM/DAM's to enable our current partner base with present and updated products available in our portfolio.- growing the partner list by engaging new potential BP's in focused regionsRenewals- working with the renewals team on maintaining a minimum percentage of transactions qualified as renewals and growing that percentagein order to align with our fiscal growth plans- working on developing the tools we use for a better overview of customer/partner data- creating pricing strategies per focused regions and pricing campaignsMarketing/Budgeting- working with global and local marketing teams in order to organize enablement campaigns for both internal and channel audience- creating budgets per Q/Y based on revenue ( MDF )Lead Generation- working with the Lead Gen team in order to organize Quarterly campaigns focused on direct sales/ generation of new revenue pipelineBusiness Analysis- together with direct management i am developing financial analysis for Q/Y fiscal plan ( creating reports to highlight the growing/negative areas from across EMEA ) - Based on these reports i organize the new fiscal plan - from a product/pricing/budgeting overview.Enablement- I organize internal webinars ( 90% online ) for product and business enablement of the alliance ( internal & channel )- i help organize technical sessions for internal and channel by creating audience ( inviting technical presenters from our partner )- with marketing, we organize enablement events at local level ( F2F )
