-Assisting clients with all their bank instructions, requests and inquires -Achieving a given sales target- Performing Credit analysis for cash and car loans applicants through the following steps:Internal Verification.External verification.Checking the Central Bank of Egypt negative list for persons and companies.Perform credit scoring for each applicant.And finally, take credit decision based on the results of the previous steps.- Opening Client's accounts.- Responsible for achieving assigned Branch retail budget. - Receiving & handling all clients'​ instructions / inquiries.- Promote / Cross sell all CAE retail products.- Acquire new potential clients.- Prepare /Check all retail products'​ documents.- Printing client’s statements / Position.- Follow up all clients'​ expired documents, to ensure obtaining update in proper time.- Follows up receipt & delivery of borrowing dox.- Acting as point of Co-ordination between client & other bank's departments.- Non financial modifications.- Handling Cheque Book requests process.- Issuance of customer balance certificates.
