I do prior authorization for commercial/Medicare/Medicaid as well as answering phone calls from providers/pharmacies/ members and do the same process putting a request for medication trying to get it approved if not sending it over clinics for them to go over

I work at the Lexus of Peoria and Peoria Toyota part time they have me bouncing back and fourth throughout the week cashiering I run the cafe also handle invoices and ro’s I answer phone calls assist clients with whatever it is they need.

I started off in garden stocking shelves,make sure the store look presentable and I assist customers who need my help. I greet every customer I go past. I load things like mulch or pavement stones. Now I currently handle online orders, truck rental,tool rentals,returns,checkouts, greetings, preventing theft, signing people up for Home Depot credit cards etc... I left this job considering I was gonna leave for college but due to some complications that occurred I won’t be attending for awhile.
