- Tax advice to multinationals and foreign investors with interests in Spain, providing advice on an ongoing basis on international taxation issues. - Broad experience in tax litigation, assisting clients in tax inspections proceedings, and acting as legal counsel in relation to appeals before the tax authorities, economic-administrative tribunals, and appeals for judicial review. - Extensive experience in providing advice in the Human Capital Services area (design and implementation of compensation policies, advisory services related to the management of international employee assignments, among others). Definition and implementation of remuneration policies for the tax optimization of managers and employees’ compensation package (C&B): flex plans, remuneration based on equity instruments (free shares, stock options, phantom shares), tax deferral regimes, etc.- Tax optimization of mobile employees: analysis and implementation of exemption regimes, resolution of tax residence & domicile disputes, analysis of tax treaties to avoid international double taxation, application of the impatriates’ regime, etc.- Sports & Entertainment.- General tax advice to Spanish and multinational groups of companies.
