Offering Level 2 support for different RAN projects including technologies: GSM, WCDMA, LTE and 5G.

As member of Remote Delivery Center RAN Integration Department I'm involved in swap project, equipments used being Huawei BSC6910, Huawei DBS3900 GU/GUL.Main activities are:- operate radio access network implementation;- remote support and troubleshooting for on-field engineers;- identify and solve defined/undefined problems utilizing existing procedures/techniques/methods;- prepare and update documentation for OMC integration according to specific updates (new boards and equipments, reuse solution);- ticketing - creating tickets for planned service break for swapped sites.- daily reports to customer and involved persons after swap day;- guide trainees by on-job training, job aids

Main activities at National Supervision Center Department were:- the monitoring of Data and Telecom Networks (BSS/ NSS/ Data/ VAS/ Transmissions);- surveillance of alarms & events & faults occured in the radio and transmission network.- issuing tickets EVR (Event Report), following their solving through tracking systems, closing the tickets;- monitoring of key performance indicators for the radio and transmission network;- trouble-shooting and fault management for the alarms & events observed;- applying the escalation procedures and following the escalated tickets both in ORO and for third parties;- Operating OSS (Operating Support System) with commands which have low impact to equipments in order to support on-field teams in order to fix issues/faults on physical sites

During my internship at Network Supervision Department ( IP Supervision group) main activities were: - supervision and diagnosis of the issues from national network;- creating tickets for issues;- dispatching teams to fix the issues

During my internship I have helped in: -creating a Switch Database-verifying TrX allocation per DUG and modify TCI and Tx Plan where needed-TCI for 2G & 3G-Edge 2G(TrX Allocation per cell)
