- Implementation of the Corporate Credit Management Policy on the local level in respect to the specific economic environment;- Performance of daily Credit Management activities such as release of orders on credit review management of temporary exceeding availability;- Communicate with the customers via phone, email or personally in regard with their accounts receivables;- Monitoring of A/R exposure to put in place risk coverage measures and to avoid /minimize bad debts;- Credit limit implementation according to SOP;- New customers and new point of sales assessments, proper approvals and SAP updates (Master Data);- Work closely with Sales, Tender and Legal Department in order to follow the contract from beginning to end;- Sending monthly debt information to customers and to internal ASM/SR;- Monthly discount calculation for KA;- Maintaining contact with debt recovery agency;- PNs checking and sending to the bank;- Maintaining and updating customer list;- AR report;- REXIS - update customer hierarchies and territories;- OPEX monthly check.

Master Data: creation/modification clients, price, promotion.Management of blocked orders: release, reporting.Follow up on overdue debts. Managing and controlling of accounts receivables according to the debt collection procedure.Ensure that credit limits are not exceeded outside the discretionary limit.Account reconciliation.Processing and generating reminder emails and account statements.

Order processing;Sending invoices via email or by post;Provide support and manage requests from the sales area by phone or e-mail;Provide product information regarding content, price, delivery time, basic product knowledge.

Implementation of approved projects by respecting regulations imposed inthe contract.Elaborating budgets and establishing cost for implementation ofthe projects.
