Results guided Charmin’s product initiative set to deliver $150 million in incremental net outside sales. Quantitative Research Design: Developed and analyzed questionnaires for concept & product home usage tests. Results identified technologies that increased consumer satisfaction by 10%. In addition, developed discrete choice and choice-based conjoint testing to prioritize future technologies which were leveraged by upper management to pipeline the Charmin front end innovation program.Qualitative Research Design: Led 1 on 1 interviews and large focus group discussions identifying novel benefit space for the bath tissue market. This resulted in the development of segmentation based models used to guide the Charmin technology pipeline for the next 10-15 years.
