 Managing vendor risk management portfolio for divisions inside the company , supervision risk management relations between internal project teams and external vendors as well as liaising between the vendor and the visions inside the bank  Performing the Case Specialist process steps according to defined internal procedures and guidelines, track completion of actions raised in the tool; Performing Case Specialist activities within processes related to service and vendor assessments requiring detailed interpretation / understanding of information provided to formulate required judgment calls for transactions, adhering to core guidelines set out within agreed procedures; Performing the remediation of open issues from reviews, advising internal organization (service relationship owners) on control design and effectiveness; Performing remediation actions according to audit findings or self-identified issues;  Providing guidance to the business representatives (Service relationship owners and divisional delegates); Supporting the Risk review process and monitoring their completion; Escalate any overdue tasks or risks and concerns as per the defined escalation matrix; Demonstrating appropriate business etiquette, accountability, professionalism and due care in all daily interactions (internal and external).

• Rendering Assistance in RFP , RFI and RFQ requests towards supplier and if necessary , act as liaison between the supplier and global procurement team participation, co-authorship and supplier in preparing internal documentation , localizations and translations of existing procedures from other countries• Budget approvals and financial consulting in order to complete engagement• Gathering financial information and budget approvals along with necessary documentation in order to create orders

• Sourcing Activities: RFPs , engagement bids , E-Auctions for IT solutions, Managing supplier database through sourcing activities , supplier consolidations• Budget approvals and financial consulting in order to complete engagement• Gathering financial information and budget approvals along with necessary documentation in order to create orders • Ensuring client satisfaction, by tracking and resolving issues that occur throughout the procurement process until the invoicing stages and handling invoice related problems, by communicating with the suppliers and different procurement teams involved in the process. • Sourcing and consulting stakeholders regarding best supplier options• Attending meetings related with HP client representatives, to discuss different aspects of the process and the need of the clients. Propose improvement actions.
