Servoy Developer is a RAD tool designed to accelerate web app development and reduce time-to-market. It constantly challenges you to seamlessly navigate through multiple technologies and coding techniques across diverse platforms. Next to other task required by product maintenance and developing based on requirements, here are some personal achievements (tackled from scratch without prior knowledge): • AI Bridge View (experimental, AI-assisted code creation). This project aim to embed AI capabilities into Servoy Developer through a plugin. The purpose was to, exploring various innovative approaches to effectively leverage AI technology within the Servoy environment. Currently is postpone due to higher prioritized tasks. • Creating NG Desktop: a tool base on Electron JS framework that facilitates to run and debug integrated solutions in Servoy Developer. • Introduced DMGs for Mac users (non-existent before); creating, signing and notarizing processes (by integrating Apple's services), using bash scripting, email notifications, and creating java binaries specific for this task, were not trivial due to complexity of the Servoy Developer. • Automated services in Servoy's cloud (using springboot) for create and sign custom NG Desktop installers (dmg - MacOS, exe - Windows, tar.gz - Linux) based on client preferences. This is implemented through a distributed service (running on Linux and MacOS), involving cooperation betwen several layers and services, using various technologies, accesing several remote repositories and a lot of networking.I've used skills in (but not limited to): java, javascript, typescript, bash, node js, eclipse, spring boot, git, maven, jira, jenkins, agile development process, wsl, css, html, windows, linux, mac, and more. I've also started to use tools like anaconda, openai api, langchain, autodev, MemGPT ... and currently experimenting with several proprietary and open-source llms.

Worked on multiple projects using various technologies such as Java, Networking, Servlets, Tomcat, JDBC (Db2 and PostgreSql), Hibernate (PostgreSql), C (POSIX ANSI C) / C++ (MSDN), Json, Xml, Gradle, processes, pipes/signals, SNMP, OpenSUSE, AIX, Z OS. I was involved in design decisions for several projects like:• Printer Connector: Developed a Java interface that sat between several end-user applications and printer hardware. Led the effort to add support for new printers and maintain several C binaries used by the project. Implemented solutions to improve communication and connectivity between the different systems.• Grand Junction controller: C++ continuous form printer controller developed under OpenSUSE OS. Assisted in adding a new PDF to PS transformer interface to the controller, improving the functionality and performance of the system.• Total Flow Production Manager: A Java web-based print server that provided job ticketing print services. Led the effort to refactor and improve various server parts, including communication with printers via SNMP protocol, job ticketing support, and maintain various C projects used by the server. Improved the overall performance and reliability of the system.• Total Flow XPS driver: A printing driver based on Windows COM printing support, allowing to send print jobs from any window app to TFPM server. I've created the driver from scratch, implementing new features, and fixing bugs along the way.
