Manages the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing process and general company administration. Ensuring company is operating securely and effectively. Ensuring daily functions of the Company are successful and contribute to accomplishing goals. Ensuring that all cross-functional teams and departments and personnel communicate effectively. Supervises Clerical and administrative personnel as well as delegating tasks to administrative assistants. Customer relations, quotations, all general customer inquiries, project deadlines, etc. Assist Controller in all clerical accounting, payroll, AP/AR, reports , Paylocity. Support Director of Operations in ensuring manufacturing process and production runs efficiently and timely. Support General Manager on overall Company goals as well as specific pending projects. Purchasing, planning of raw materials, chemical supplies to support production dept. Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, tradeshows, etc. Arrange Travel needs Planning of Travel and expenses. Maintain Meeting schedules for General Manager and other Senior level management. Authorizes Petty Cash and other expense accounts. Maintains current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, industry standards and current accounting standards. Appraises operating results in terms of cost, budgets, operating policies, trends, and increased profit opportunities. Investigates and explains variances to senior management.Communicates department and company goals and objectives to associates.Manages financial communications and presentations to senior management. Provides financial analyses as needed.Works with IT and business leaders to identify opportunities and to implement automation in financial systems and processes. Organize and maintain personnel records. Review, revise, and update company policies..Direct Liaison and coordinating between Corporate and Company.
