• Monitors all contractual agreements pertaining to rooms, meeting space, beverage and food and special concessions. • Coordinates all agreements stipulated in the group / event contract between operational departmentssetting and developing timelines project management task list and decisions of duties. • Responsible for maximizing food and beverage revenues from assigned groups by solicitation of affiliate business and up selling. • Effectively communicate to all hotel departments the information necessary to successfully execute the group's needs. Provide feedback with solid and open communication.• Managing logistic, operations, schedules and production coordination. • Maintain strong client relations and follow up on deposits due, rooming list and all necessary information to properly organize group needs. • Verify credit information submitted in Finance department at point of turnover. • Manage billing process, budget Management. • Managing site visits and plan meetings for upcoming groups and potential affiliate business.• Developing client proposals. • Oversee overall project execution, performance and profitability.• Manage groups up of 1900 Room nights, inclusive Buy outs Events.

• Ensure all Set Ups are flawlessly executed before the meeting starts in all meeting areas according to the BEOs and Daily Reports, checking with banquets if not as communicated.• Meet and Welcome Meeting Planner upon arrival, together with Convention Services Manager. At precon level, already presented as MAIN contact for any Meeting Planner requests.• Become a gate keeper of MPSI recognition by imputing expectations, amenities, and updating special requests in a client’s Opera profile. Review and present monthly MPSI action plans & scores with Banquets, Catering, CS, What/When and EC.. Encharge of a team of 5 trainnes , trainning and preparation.
