My responsibilities encompassed developing its emergent strategy to serve 98 grassroots organisations across 51 countries and overseeing its financial operations, which involved managing a budget of 1 million USD. Additionally, I led a team, ensuring cohesive collaboration and effective execution of girls' rights and sports programming on a global scale.

Its mission extends beyond agriculture; we aim to supply consistently high-quality nopal to international markets, serving the food, beverage, and cosmetic industries.We have also ventured into the spirits industry, creating the first award-winning gin with nopal in the Netherlands, and are currently developing the first mezcal with nopal in Mexico.
