SALES OPERATIONS• Ensure catalog maintenance and new product updates in GS1.• Proofing SAP inputs for any updates that HCL executes (i.e., price changes).• Key contact for any retailer requests with assistance from International Sales Operations.• Analyzing and compiling the weekly inventory status report and back in stock date.OFFICE ADMINISTRATION• Invoice and payments management, processing, and reporting. • Aid in monthly accrual process.• Key contact for vendor inquiries.• Work with sample desk and export to determine optimal processing and shipping process.• Coordination for new product mockups and broker distributions.• Manage new vendor and employee set up.• Team/office administrative budget forecasting and tracking.• Consumer complaints and regulatory compliance management• Work with the Managing Director to maintain/update the Admin Budget monthly

-Procurement of all fixtures, finishes, furniture, labor, and work room services.-Provide tracking and reporting of ordered project items to designers and clients. -Process client invoices, vendor invoices, and expenses through Design Docs.-Reconcile monthly bank account statements. -Office administration such as shipping coordination, supplies re-stock and archive documentation.-General administration tasks such as schedule meetings, phone calls, and email management.-Design web materials in hosting site Square Space.-Support the execution of branded and marketing materials.

- Vendor master data process.
