Responsible for processes structuring of the Planning (S&OP, Rolling Forecast, Diarization, Category Review, Assortment Plan), Commercial (Purchase and Sales) and Marketing (Promotional Calendar, Campaign Activation, Marketing Channels, Website Monitoring, Advertising, Marketing Reports), from mapping the current process, identifying bottlenecks, proposing and implementing improvements to training teams. Responsible for assembling the company's process database in the ARIS tool, implementation of the process mapping methodology, elaboration of a manual on the methodology and team training, identification of GAPs during the mapping of cross-functional processes and recommendation for improvement in the mapped processes focusing on the areas of Logistics (Inbound, Outbound, Planning and Quality), Supply Chain (Registration, Supply, VPC) and Customer Service (Front, Back and Ombudsman) of the e-Commerce business. Creation and maintenance of Operating Procedures, Standards and Internal Policies, interfacing with the Group's companies when necessary. Kanban implementation to control area activities and report in daily meeting.

BPA Oracle, ARIS and Visio Specialist, working in the definition of the business and IT processes involved in the project, elaboration of an Improvement Plan for discussion with the areas involved, survey of business rules and systemic operations that impact the mapped process. Support to the Project Management in the preparation and conduction of meetings with those involved. Elaboration of the Status Report of the project to the Board. Preparation and maintenance of the project schedule in EPM and Project tools. Mapping, modeling and process improvement in Virtual Rental (Sky Online), IVR, equipment enablement and its indicators, equipment life cycle, PEC and POS payment methods, customer service according to ANATEL standards.

ARIS tool specialist, working in functional description of processes, validation and characterization of process activities with those responsible for the areas involved, identification of points of attention and suggestion for improvement in processes. Main focus on process mapping and design, including interviews with project members at all levels.

Interview with employees to design operational and managerial processes in the Visio tool, elaboration of manuals with process procedures, acting in the restructuring, implementation and training for all employees. Audit of the implemented processes, with the elaboration and monitoring of indicators, optimizing the post-implemented processes as necessary. Responsible for functional, regressive and exploratory software testing before launching new products to the market.
