Represented both sellers and purchasers in complex M&A transactions across various industries, including transportation, industrial and commercial equipment manufacturing. Research Assistant to Professor K. Renee Schimkat, Professor of Legal Writing & Lecturer in Law at University of Miami School of Law. Conducted extensive research and analysis of case law using Westlaw and LexisNexis platforms. Assisted Professor Schimkat in reviewing and refining assignment fact patterns to ensure completeness and accuracy. Drafted legal memorandums and provided support to LL.M. students by reviewing and assisting with their assignments.

Asset Management Services & Investment Funds. Advised investors, fund managers, and administrators in structuring and registering investment funds in Brazil, including equity investments funds (FIPs), credit rights investment funds (FIDCs), and real estate investment funds (FII). Assisted with regulatory aspects concerning asset management services and investment funds, and structured private investment fund offerings. Constantly interacted with the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Market Entities (Anbima), and the Brazilian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital (ABVCAP).

As a Legal Intern in the Capital Markets practice, I had the opportunity to work, and gained valuable experience, across three areas: Banking and Financial Services, Structured Finance, and Asset Management Services & Investment Funds.
