In charge of planning and controlling supplies of standardized items at the Hospital Unit in order to maintain stock levels in accordance with pre-established policies. Preparation, analysis and monitoring of KPI's to improve results.During these 2 years I was responsible for the Sino Brasileiro (SP), Niterói D'or (RJ), Copa Star (RJ), Copa D'or (RJ), Santa Luzia (DF) and Santa Helena (DF) hospitals.Acting highlights: - Integration of the new ERP (Protheus 12) at Hospital Santa Helena in DF.- Integration of the UDI hospital in Maranhão to Rede Dor São Luiz (Merger and Acquisitions).- Restructuring of the Follow up process in the Purchasing sector, making it more efficient, enabling a greater interface between the areas and optimizing response time and dealings between Purchasing and Planning.- Dialysis project at Niterói D’Or, keeping stock levels safe so that the procedure could be carried out by the Hospital itself and integration of Pediatrics, analyzing and carrying out the purchase planning for the SKUS Mix signaled by the technical area.- Analysis and distribution of items to supply 3 hospitals in Brasília by Hospital Santa Luzia regarding the consolidated purchases made during the pandemic period (Covid-19) due to lack of products in the national market.- Indirect participation in the Joint Commission International by Hospital Copa Star.

Responsible for analyzing and planning the necessary quantities of products, managing and maintaining stock levels, ensuring that hospital demand is met.Participation in audits with the National Accreditation Organization (Level 3).Member of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Commission.Acting highlights: Author and President of the Disposables Committee that aims to address the indicator of disposable items without movement, with the participation of 11 hospital managers such as the Medical, Financial, Nursing Management and Pediatric, Neonatal ICU, Warehouse, Purchasing, Nutrition, Surgical Center, Maintenance, Laboratory. This resulted in an 85% reduction in fixed assets and a 70% reduction in losses due to validity at the Institution in a period of 1 year and restructuring of the materials standardization process, avoiding the purchase of inefficient items.
