Current• Leading and supervising the HR team (Mexico)• Responsible for determining the goals that members will work toward.• Responsible for keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees, and documents.• Responsible of planning, coordination, and support execution in company events• Employee life cycle from onboarding to termination, including conducting exit interviews• Trial period follow-up• Ensure proper documentation is in place for employment actions as required• Recommendation and Employment Verification letters• Ensuring HR records are maintained• Migration processes• Background check process• Coordinate annual performance review process• Policy development and documentation• Audits, compliance reviews, and other mandatory reports
