Having almost 3 years of experience handling different LATAM countries I continued my career as Team Lead in the Cloud and Advertising business for LATAM Region. Some of my learnings and achievements were focus on the people career development, building a new team with different qualities / experiences, able to follow business tactics for Target´s improvements. Leadership role facilitated a new opportunity to work on Business Strategies mid and long term over specific Partners and different areas with proven outstanding results, determining LATAM as one of the best Collectable Regions within the Globe, reducing overdue balances dramatically. Experience that was put in place when a new team/business come on board, from a well know Online Professional Network Company. I had the opportunity to travel to Asia & US for KT sessions and over 1 year post Go live, LATAM team has achieved internal & Client´s target and reduced overdue balances for more than 60 days at 40%. Collection Manager role gave me the chance to keep leading people, create my own Networking within Accenture and Client´s Company, stabilize business and processes from new Lines of Billing / Revenue and develop Innovation projects. I was delighted to accept a role as Operational Lead for LATAM Region managing Licensing, Cloud and Talent networking business for more than 50 FTEs based in Argentina.
