I am a MASc student at Concordia University driven by a passion for merging technology and sustainability in the livestock industry to help farmers and livestock managers understand the health and welfare conditions of their animals.My current research focuses on implementing cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Intelligent Things (IoIT), Embedded Machine Learning (TinyML), and Edge Computing to develop a sustainable, data-driven wearable solution to perform outdoor location, welfare, and behavior monitoring of cows.This solution aims to improve farm sustainability, animal traceability, and overall productivity by offering detailed, data-driven insights into animal behavior and welfare; and therefore, providing scalable and accurate long-term solutions in open environments while enhancing decision-making through advanced data patterns, and reducing human resource dependency in critical sectors.I'm actively seeking insights from experts in the field to deepen my understanding of the current landscape and challenges of the field.
