Responsible for travel management team,draft the travel expenses process description for local and firmwide purpose. (Concur platform)Perform all the bank payments,posting the bank statements and maintain the relationship with the bank and the treasury department (regarding deposit,guarantee of letter,current bank accounts,etc).Drafts the monthly cash forecast and performs the cash collection.Resposible for payroll postings and reconciliation with the trial balance from SAP.Offers support during the local, external audits and European VAT refund processes.Prepares different reports needed for double checking and facilitates the daily activities of the accounting department ( monthly prepaid expenses, expenses report submitted on a monthly basis, monthly overtime list, special compensation list, training expenses list and budget training industry, ending balance confirmation of the receivables from employees and communicates the monthly status related to travel claims).
