Responsible for: performing data analysis, generating insights, presenting recommendations and supporting clients to refine and implement them. Selected projects:1. Transformation for an international university chain: evaluated the commercial service center (call centers and offices) in BR to identify levers of improvement through data analysis + field observation2. Transformation for a major Telco player (1/2): participated of the Transformation Office and the Org work stream. Identified opportunities in HR related to FTE’s volume and cost3. Transformation for a major Telco player (2/2): Conducted an organizational design proposal for the LatAm procurement area4. Due diligence for an international investor: helped the client to identify if targets were appropriate combining data analysis, trends’ research, experts’ interviews and problem-solving sessions5. Market size: estimated the market size of the parking industry in Brazil for knowledge development on mobility trends 6. Transformation for mining industry: explored cost saving initiatives within a variety of topics (i.e.: MRO, health insurance, IT, travel), organized ideation sessions, helped client to define master plan of actions and provided support during implementation

Responsible for:- proactively negotiating documents dispatch's prices. Result: In 10 months closed a deal achieving 85% discount for international documents' remittance;- proactively creating KPIs related to (1) team productivity; (2) non planned costs (cost deviation); (3) sales gap identification. Results: (1) understanding of how much each analyst produced and how much effort each client demanded, resulting in a better division of the tasks among the team; (2) verification of common reasons for cost deviations and the creation of action plans to avoid and mitigate these causes; (3) reconnaissance of sales opportunities based on the distribution of the company product mix's purchases made by the clients over the years.

Responsible for:- leading a cost reduction project based on the validation of a new metal alloy presented in a prodution component. Result: - 30% costs; decrease the risk of non-supply since the alloy before utilized was rarer leading to higher costs and peril. - co-leading a project related to the implementation of digital signatures for contracts of sales and purchase . Result: Approval time of the contracts decrease from +15 days to 1 and costs with courier were eliminated for the contracts digitally signed.

Responsible for:- idealizing marketing campaings focusing on demand increase and actions in order to reduce general costs. Result: Two months after the main actions were implemented, the company reached the break-even point.
