* Ideate and oversee the execution of the Oslo Freedom Forum conference series theme and design with the VP of Events and Production, as well as local production teams in the U.S., Taiwan, Norway, and Mexico.* Create and direct the visual narrative of the main stage content. Other than the Oslo Freedom Forum conference series, this includes campaigns, exhibitions, environmental design for events, pitches and presentations, promotional materials, and other projects associated with HRF’s various programs.* Head brand campaigns, and lead the development of the existing brand as HRF’s work expands. This includes submitting ideas for projects and overseeing the development of all associated creative content, as well as creating new guidelines as HRF’s impact grows with new programs and initiatives.* Manage creative contractors and printers, which includes but is not limited to graphic designers, installation designers, illustrators, copywriters, videographers, and local producers.* Uphold quality standards of outputs produced by the creative team and creative contractors.

* Prepare external announcements for opposition congressman Angel Alvarado* Support Alvarado's research to develop the "Cesta Petare" index, still widely used in 2023 as an indicator of Venezuela's inflation.* Develop strategic communications, graphics, and marketing solutions for the "Cesta Petare" index.* Draft articles on Venezuela's national economic situation.

* Designed, coordinated and monitored the implementation of the "Hotspots Policy," that reduced homicides by 43% in the Municipality of Sucre of Caracas, then ranked the second city with the highest murder rate in the world. * Lead studies on crime across the municipality alongside the police department, and the Mayor's Office.

* Assisted the mayor with projects, programs and analyses he requested. This included reporting on the government's performance and impact, assisting with the communication strategies for the mayor's initiatives, as well as creating presentations for his public appearances and press conferences.* Represented the Mayor in his absence in hearings, meetings, emergencies, and protests. * Supervised seven offices affiliated with the Mayor's Office, and developed strategies for optimizing them.

* Served as a liaison between citizens (approx. 800,000) and the 35 departments and institutes of the local government. This included meeting with organized communities, diagnosing citizen needs on-site, assisting other Chiefs and Directors in the creation of public policies, and monitoring their implementation. * Devised the Annual Operative Plan for the local government, and monitored and evaluated its performance. This plan was structured around the mayor's 5 pillars: citizen safety, progress of disadvantaged communities, promotion of economic activity, urban order, and mobility. It included citizen needs as well as plans and budget of all 35 departments of the local government according to each of those areas. * Optimized the relationship between the Mayor and the organized communities of the municipality, as well as with the local government's departments and institutes.* Supervised 298 Coordinators who treat community problems in situ, as well as a Call Center and administrative personnel.

* Co-devised and founded the Community Outreach Office of Sucre Municipality in Caracas, Venezuela, which included 315 employees, and served a population of approximately 800,000 people.* Assisted the Chief of Community Outreach in evaluating the execution of the local government’s plans, programs and infrastructure works in the municipality. This included on-site inspections, the creation of indexes and metrics for success, and monitoring the work of the 31 departments and institutes of the local government.* Formulated processes to channel citizens’ concerns to the 31 departments and institutes of the local government.

* Researched and analyzed complex quantitative and qualitative data on citizen needs for the mayor's government plan, which included five pillars: citizen safety, progress of disadvantaged communities, promotion of economic activity, urban order, and mobility. * Assisted in the execution of polls and focus groups to report on the political climate of both Sucre municipality and Venezuela to the mayor. This information was used to develop communication strategies for the mayor's initiatives and public appearances. * Researched, documented, and processed data to produce media analysis reports for the mayor. * Worked with the local police to study criminal behavior in the municipality, and produced reports for the implementation of public policies to reduce crime. This research included identifying patterns of crime by mapping homicides and gang violence using MapInfo and ArcGIS.

* Developed the curriculum and trained community leaders to diagnose and solve problems in their communities efficiently.* Identified problems alongside community leaders and directed their solutions.* Organized forums and workshops according to neighbors’ needs and interests. Subjects included Economy, The Role of the State, Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Oratory and Negotiation.

Fundación Embajadores Comunitarios (FEC) is an NGO that implements Youth Empowerment Programs for underpriviliged teenagers in Venezuela. FEC aims to better these teenagers'​ selfworth by giving them the tools and opportunity to better their lives and their environment, thus becoming agents of change.* Co-created UcabMUN, FEC's first program. Co-designed the program and its implementation in three pioneering communities.* Launched, organized and developed UcabMUN in one of the pioneering communities (Escuela Canaima). * As a Member of the Board, expanded the scope of FEC and envisioned and initiated other 6 programs. * Supervised the activities and functioning of FEC.* Designed a model to replicate the methodology used in UcabMUN in other communities of Venezuela.
