Accounting· Prepare original books of entry, sales records, inventory tracking information, capital assets acquisition · Prepare, reconcile and submit year-end reports to the external accountant· Process payable and receivable records, GST/HST Remittances· Process monthly accruals, prepare cheques and reconcile bank statements· Responsible for accounting staff, including managing, assigning and checking their workPayroll· Process employee payroll data, reconcile earnings and deductions and prepare journal entries· Prepare, coordinate and maintain employee documentation· Administer garnishes and third party demands· Prepare, coordinate and submit government remittances (CPP, EI and income tax)· Prepare and submit ROEs· Prepare, reconcile and submit year-end reports (T4, T4A)
