Coordination of site tasks aimed to ensure the production of high-quality, competitively priced products, achieve customer satisfaction and ensure development of both the organization and people according to company policies; leading site management team (8 members).Developing annual site strategy and deploy it to site level aligned to company vision and mission;Establishing and managing annual site budget (operating and capital budget);Coordinating risk management process (Business Continuity Plan, Crisis Management Plan, Emergency Response Plan);Responsibility for optimization of business processes, implementation of projects aimed to reduce costs, improve quality and increase customer satisfaction;Ensuring that efficient governance process is in place and in use for tracking all site activities.

Managing production activities in different manufacturing locations - surgical materials to Hemeius Bacau, medicines production to Ploiesti and a large portfolio of solid dose, ointments, suppositories and herbal teas to Brasov, active participating to company development and also to different business reorganization and reshaping. Production team managed around 200 employees.Organizing and managing all resources needed for production activities (people, equipment and facility capacity);Ensuring execution of production plan, implement actions for continuous improvement of production plan adherence;Developing, implementing departmental projects; supporting all site projects, ensuring production contribution to it;Developing and managing production budget (operating and capital budget);People development (including technical skills) - training and individual development plans;Equipment acquisition management according with capital plan;Managing product development team for new product formulations – tablets, coated tablets and hard gelatin capsules;
